What motivated you to join the ABFM Engagement Network?

I joined to help advocate for practicing physicians and ensure our perspectives shape the future of certification. The flexibility and optional nature made it an easy, meaningful way to contribute.

What has your experience been like so far?

It has been flexible, minimal time commitment, and easy to engage alongside clinical work. I appreciate the ability to contribute without a heavy burden and hope my input has been helpful.

Why do you think physician input matters in helping to shape the future of board certification?

Physician input is critical because certification must reflect real-world practice to remain relevant. At a time when the physician voice is often diminished, it is essential that ABFM physicians actively help shape the future of our profession and patient care.
